Connectivity Issues

Connectivity issue: Periodically, you may experience a connectivity issue on one or several machines. This happens when the program locks up and cannot continue the successful transfer of data over the internet.

Potential Causes:

  • Temporary dip in bandwidth
  • Excessive internet traffic
  • Blocked content (click here for information on Whitelisting access to typetolearn.com)
  • Data transfer fail

Solution: When this occurs, simply click OK to refresh the page. This will bring you back to the last successful save location. Connectivity issues should only occur on rare occasions
